Reims, April 02, 2024 – VitiBot, world leader in wine-growing robotics, today announces a significant warranty extension for its flagship product, Bakus and its tools. From now on, all VitiBot vineyards robots will benefit from an extended warranty of 5 years or 3,000 hours, demonstrating the company’s commitment to quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.
This decision reflects the company’s confidence in the maturity and reliability of its products. From the outset, VitiBot has always strived to produce autonomous electric straddle tractors designed to last over time. The extension of the warranty from 2 to 5 years is the fruit of 8 years of R&D and our ongoing commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
“At VitiBot, we’re proud of our products and the confidence we have in their effectiveness in the field,” says Cédric Bache, the company’s founder and General Director. “This warranty extension testifies to our commitment to offering our customers total peace of mind, guaranteeing them the highest level of quality and reliability accompanied by a premium level of service.”
This decision also reinforces VitiBot’s position as a leader in the vineyard robotics industry, demonstrating its commitment to innovation, sustainability and customer service.
Bakus customers and future users can now enjoy even greater peace of mind in the knowledge that their robots and tools (developed by VitiBot) benefit from this extended warranty.
Founded in 2016 by Cédric Bache, VitiBot is fast becoming a benchmark as a manufacturer of electric, autonomous vineyard straddlers.
By 2024, with 80 employees and a fleet of 170 robots in France and abroad, VitiBot is now a subsidiary of the Same Deutz Fahr Group, and has established itself as a key player in wine-growing robotics.
